You must not share your account credentials with any third party. jli99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
You must notify jli99 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. jli99 support is available daily from 8:00 AM to 12:00 MN Philippine Standard Time (PST).
jli99 is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all player accounts. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete.
All deposits to your jli99 account are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jli99 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO, and Metrobank. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jli99 wallet instantly. Bank transfer processing times may vary depending on the financial institution.
You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. jli99 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources.
Withdrawal requests are processed during operating hours (8:00 AM to 12:00 MN PHT). GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval during operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank.
jli99 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods registered in the account holder's name. jli99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jli99 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

jli99's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their jli99 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jli99 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or delay. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond jli99's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific services.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who are dissatisfied with jli99's resolution of a complaint may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
